CNC Bending Machine details

The control axis regulates the bending depth and angle. This closed-loop system integrates a CNC unit, two grating scales (Y1 and Y2) mounted on the worktable, an electro-hydraulic proportional valve, and its electronic amplifier. It precisely monitors and controls the relative position between the slides and the worktable, regulating both speed and position to maintain synchronized operation. This ensures consistent bending depth and angle, achieving high synchronization accuracy.

The backstop beam's front/rear stroke control axis, used to regulate bending and flanging dimensions. The backstop is driven by a servo motor through a ball screw, which, according to the CNC system's signals, moves the beam along the linear guide pair with smooth operation and high precision.
